I’m a creative leader with over 25 years of experience working with global, national, and start-up brands. I’ve built, grown, and managed teams that create integrated brand advertising, brand development, B2B, DTC, branded content, experiential, and nearly everything else you can think of.

I currently work at Commonwealth, leading creative, social, video, and photography teams, helping financial advisors be fiercely independent.

Prior to Commonwealth, I was the Chief Creative Officer at Fuseideas, working across their portfolio of clients ranging from Lottery, Travel & Tourism, Energy, Retail, Higher Education & Health and Wellness, and won over 25 new business pitches. With marketing budgets shrinking over time, I strategically learned how to make more with less and still love rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty. I partnered closely with ownership to create a culture that fostered creativity and inclusion. Focusing on agency growth, I led and developed Bright Matter Productions, Fuseideas video production agency, formed the strategy team and content division. In the course of my time at Fuseideas I transformed a break-even shop into a 15% profitable agency.

I’ve been extremely fortunate over my career to work with great teams and clients looking to break new ground. I brought back in time the original Boston Bruins jersey by freezing it in ice. Launched a global running activation with Nike. Broke every iTunes record with a Super Bowl activation featuring U2. Surprised the world with a pop-up concert in Times Square with Coldplay, Bruce Springsteen, Carrie Underwood, and Kanye West. Put a punk rock song in a national TV spot for Fidelity and brought in 48 billion dollars into the retirement fund. Launched an outdoor resort in the middle of the pandemic and even rebranded The Cape. Over the years I’ve had the honor to work on automotive, finance, consumer package goods, QSR, retail and entertainment clients such as Hasbro, Fidelity, Bank of America, General Motors, Saturn, Procter & Gamble, Staples, Subway, New Balance, ESPN while working at some of the best agencies around including Digitas and MMB. I even won some shiny things along the way, like Cannes Lions, Webby's, One Show, Addy, Communication Arts, Healthcare Advertising Awards, IHAF, and Hatch.

When approaching creative challenges, I leverage both human truths and data-based insights to ultimately create an authentic connection with the consumer. My process begins with uncovering what the brand stands for: What’s its purpose? What is its point of view? Why should anyone care? Without understanding those elements, we can’t find the truth. Empathy is the currency between the brand and the consumer, and without it, we lose all possibility of a long-lasting relationship.

My life is full of adventure and I’m a bit of an adrenaline junkie. When I’m not at work pitching big ideas with my team, you can usually find me outside exploring. Whether it’s in the mountains, snowboarding, biking or hiking or on the ocean, surfing or paddleboarding, I'm always on the move. Music also feeds my soul, and I love being surrounded by it. I try to attend as many shows as possible, big or small; I just love the energy, and maybe the show prints too.
